Dear Librarians,
Below is the list of books we have available. All books are brand new, some still in the boxes from the publisher which we opened today. To request books, please email Susan at ilonaandrews.assistant@gmail.com with a subject line: LIBRARY REQUEST stating what books you would like. Your email must contain your professional credentials and the address to which the books must be sent. Susan will then input your data into a spreadsheet to give all participants an equal shot at what we have and sort through the results next week. Once everything has been sorted out, she will notify you by email.
We would greatly appreciate a receipt. This will cost us hundreds of dollars in shipping and we would like to show IRS that this money was spent as an expense associated with a charitable contribution.
Please be aware that some titles, like audiobooks, will be in great demand. We only have a few of these available. Once Susan is able to compile the spreadsheet of all requests, she will probably have to do a lottery-style drawing and determine winners. It’s not first come, first serve. Everyone will have equal shot at the books.
You must email Susan by 01/09/2016. Please do not request the books via a blog comment or via Facebook.
[Admin] One more quick note. There are some foreign language editions of random stuff. If there is a language that you would be interested in please include that information and I will sort through and see what I can find. Thanks everyone!!!! Susan
